In the past year, 74% of people have reported feeling overwhelmed by stress, hindering their ability to cope effectively. Stress has become one of society's most pressing health epidemics, and we’re here to help change that by empowering individuals to take control of their mental and physical health.

Stress is the body’s natural response to challenges, but chronic or extreme stress can have a huge impact on our health long term. Chronic stress is harmful for our everyday health.
Whilst some stress is normal and even healthy, your body being in a constant state of stress is not. Chronic stress keeps the body in “fight or flight,” not allowing the body to function properly. Being in FOF is not an optimal way for our body to function and in today’s modern society this response is activated daily if not hourly, from anything from someone cutting you up, or a slightly edgy email.

After 15 years navigating the fast-paced world of fashion as an editor and stylist, Kylie Griffiths-Wilson began to experience the undeniable effects of burnout. Persistent fatigue, frequent illnesses, and escalating anxiety were clear signs that her lifestyle needed to shift. This pivotal moment sparked her personal wellness journey and ultimately led to the creation of Stress Sucks.
Today, Kylie is a certified Health Coach and Meditation Teacher, dedicated to helping others reclaim balance and well-being in their lives.
